• Borrower shall make monthly payments of interest only on account of the Growth Capital Advances commencing on the first (1st) Payment Date following the Funding Date of the Tranche 3 Advance, and continuing on the Payment Date of each successive month thereafter through and including the Payment Date immediately preceding the Growth Capital Amortization Date.

• Commencing on the Growth Capital Amortization Date, Borrower shall make thirty-six (36) equal monthly payments of principal and interest, in arrears, which would fully amortize the outstanding amount of the Growth Capital Advances.

More Definitions of Growth Capital Amortization Date

Growth Capital Amortization Date means April 1, 2009.
