  • Commencing on the Growth Capital Amortization Date, Borrower shall make thirty-six (36) equal monthly payments of principal and interest, in arrears, which would fully amortize the outstanding amount of the Growth Capital Advances.

More Definitions of Growth Capital Amortization Date

Growth Capital Amortization Date means April 1, 2009.
Growth Capital Amortization Date means, (i) with respect to the Closing Date Advance, February 1, 2011; and (ii) with respect to the Tranche B Advance, the first day of the first month which is at least two hundred fifty five (255) days after the date of such Tranche B Advance.
