Growth Center definition

Growth Center means a designated area, consistent with the state- approved local Community Comprehensive Plan, where compact, mixed- use development is accommodated without depleting a community's natural, historic and cultural resources.
Growth Center means an area of land that … is located in one or a combination of the following:: 24 V.S.A. § 2791(12)(A).
Growth Center means those areas with the capacity to accommodate additional growth, the potential to grow, and the willingness to pursue orderly development.
