Growth Units definition

Growth Units means a Purchase Contract with respect to which Treasury Securities have been substituted for Preferred Securities or for the appropriate Applicable Ownership Interest of the Treasury Portfolio, as the case may be, as collateral to secure the Holder's obligations under such Purchase Contract.

Examples of Growth Units in a sentence

  • A single course could be either for college/university credit for Salary Adjustment Growth (above item 7) or could be used for Salary Adjustment for Springfield Academic Growth Units (Item 8, above), but cannot be used for both.

Related to Growth Units

Such Units are transferable with this condition, but otherwise shall rank pari passu with all other Units, save for this restriction. Any transfer of the Core Units, during the first two years of their issue as mentioned herein, shall be affected only on the receipt by the Registrar of a written acceptance of this condition by the transferee.
