GRTC Electronic Property definition

GRTC Electronic Property means (i) any websites controlled by GRTC, (ii) any GRTC mobile device apps, (iii) any application programming interfaces (API) to GRTC’s infor- mation technology systems, (iv) any other kiosks, devices or properties for consumer in- teraction that are created, owned, or controlled by GRTC, and (v) versions and succes- sors of the foregoing, any form or format now known or later developed, that may be used by customers obtaining products or services from GRTC.

Examples of GRTC Electronic Property in a sentence

  • As between the Contractor and GRTC (i.e., without addressing rights of third parties), GRTC is the sole owner of all rights, title and interest in and to GRTC Data and GRTC Electronic Property.

  • Except as expressly authorized in the Agreement, the Contractor may not use, edit, modify, create derivatives, combinations, or compilations of, combine, associate, synthesize, re-identify, reverse engineer, reproduce, display, distribute, disclose, sell or Process any GRTC Data or GRTC Electronic Property.

  • The Contractor accepts ultimate responsibility and liability for the protection and preservation of all GRTC Data and GRTC Electronic Property through a security operational plan (the “Security Plan”).

  • GRTC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Contractor’s access and use of GRTC Data and/or GRTC Electronic Property at any time without liability or prior notice to the Contractor.

  • The Contractor will not use GRTC Data or GRTC Electronic Property in a manner that is harmful to GRTC.

  • The Contractor will establish and manage all Security Requirements necessary to protect GRTC Data integrity and permit appropriate access to the Application and GRTC Electronic Property.

  • The Contractor will timely and promptly notify GRTC upon discovering or otherwise learning of a Security Incident involving GRTC Data or GRTC Electronic Property, to the extent within the Contractor’s access, possession, or control.

  • The Contractor, as well as its agents, representatives, and employees, shall comply with all of GRTC’s rules, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to GRTC Data and GRTC Electronic Property and all Applicable Laws.

  • The Contractor agrees not to make any written use of or reference to GRTC’s name for any marketing, public relation, advertising, display or other business purpose or make any use of GRTC Data or GRTC Electronic Property for any activity unrelated to the express business purposes and interests of GRTC under the Contract, without the prior written consent of GRTC.

  • GRTC authorizes the Contractor to access and use and to the extent necessary to perform the Services to install and use GRTC Data and/or GRTC Electronic Property provided or made available by GRTC in its sole discretion and solely for the purposes of providing products and services for the benefit of or on behalf of GRTC under and during the term of the Contract.

  • Authority Electronic Property means (i) any websites controlled by the Authority, (ii) any Authority mobile device apps, (iii) any application programming interfaces (API) to the Authority’s information technology systems, (iv) any other kiosks, devices or properties for consumer interaction that are created, owned, or controlled by the Author- ity, and (v) versions and successors of the foregoing, any form or format now known or later developed, that may be used by customers obtaining products or services from the Authority.

  • Electronic PHI means PHI created, received, maintained or transmitted electronically in accordance with 45 CFR § 160.103.

  • Electronic prescription means a written prescription that is generated on an electronic application and is transmitted to a pharmacy as an electronic data file; Schedules II through V prescriptions shall be transmitted in accordance with 21 CFR Part 1300.

  • Electronic Facility means without limitation, website addresses and conference call systems, and any device, system, procedure, method or other facility whatsoever providing an electronic means of venue for a general meeting of the Company.

  • Electronic Waste means a: computer; computer monitor; computer peripheral device containing a cathode ray tube; printer; or television sold to a covered entity. “Electronic waste” does not include: any motor vehicle or any part thereof; a camera or video camera; a portable or stationary radio; a wireless telephone; a household appliance, such as a clothes washer, clothes dryer, water heater, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, oven, range, or dishwasher; equipment that is functionally or physically part of a larger piece of equipment intended for use in an industrial, research and development, or commercial setting; security or antiterrorism equipment; monitoring and control instruments or systems; thermostats; handheld transceivers; a telephone of any type; a portable digital assistant or similar device; a calculator; a global positioning system receiver or similar navigation device; commercial medical equipment that contains a cathode ray tube, a cathode ray tube device, a flat panel display, or similar video display that is not separate from the larger piece of equipment; or other medical devices, as the term “device” is defined under 21 U.S.C. § 321(h) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as that section is amended from time to time.

  • Counterfeit electronic part means an unlawful or unauthorized reproduction, substitution, or alteration that has been knowingly mismarked, misidentified, or otherwise misrepresented to be an authentic, unmodified electronic part from the original manufacturer, or a source with the express written authority of the original manufacturer or current design activity, including an authorized aftermarket manufacturer. Unlawful or unauthorized substitution includes used electronic parts represented as new, or the false identification of grade, serial number, lot number, date code, or performance characteristics.

  • Electronic nicotine delivery system or “(ENDS)” means any device that delivers a vaporized solution (including nicotine, THC, or any other substance) by means of cartridge or other chemical delivery systems. Such definition shall include, but may not be limited to, any electronic cigarette, vape pen, hookah pen, cigar, cigarillo, pipe, or personal vaporizer. ENDS are not FDA-approved nicotine replacement therapy devices.

  • Electronic part means an integrated circuit, a discrete electronic component (including, but not limited to, a transistor, capacitor, resistor, or diode), or a circuit assembly (section 818(f)(2) of Pub. L. 112-81).

  • Electronic recording A mortgage or a mortgage-related document created, generated, sent, communicated, received, or stored by electronic means (that complies with the requirements of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act or the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, as applicable) that has been accepted for recording by a participating county land records office which accepts such electronic record of a mortgage or a mortgage-related document as an alternative to recordation of the original paper form of such document.

  • Electronic act means the creation or transmission originated on or off the schoolsite, by means of an electronic device, including, but not limited to, a telephone, wireless telephone, or other wireless communication device, computer, or pager, of a communication, including, but not limited to, any of the following:

  • Approved Electronic Platform has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.03(a).

  • Electronic filing means a document that is filed under securities legislation or securities directions in electronic format or the act of filing a document under securities legislation or securities directions in electronic format, as the context indicates;

  • Electronic cleaner means a product labeled for the removal of dirt, moisture, dust, flux, or oxides from the internal components of electronic or precision equipment such as circuit boards, and the internal components of electronic devices, including but not limited to, radios, compact disc (CD) players, digital video disc (DVD) players, and computers. “Electronic Cleaner” does not include “General Purpose Cleaner,” “General Purpose Degreaser,” “Dusting Aid,” “Pressurized Gas Duster,” “Engine Degreaser,” “Electrical Cleaner,” “Energized Electrical Cleaner,” “Anti-Static Product,” or products labeled to clean the casings or housings of electronic equipment. “Electronic Cleaner” does not include any product that meets both of the following criteria:

  • Electronic Ticket means the Itinerary/Receipt issued by us or on our behalf, the Electronic Coupons and, if applicable, a boarding document.

  • Electronic Equipment means the items as specified in the Schedule and which are contained or fixed at or in the Insured Premises.

  • Electronic information means information presented or provided in an electronic format.

  • Electronic Record(s means the electronic record as defined under clause (t) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

  • Electronic Programme Guide or “EPG” means a program guide maintained by the Distributors of Television Channels that lists Television Channels and programmes, and scheduling and programming information therein and includes any enhanced guide that allows subscribers to navigate and select such available channels and programmes;

  • Electronic Interface means access to operations support systems consisting of preordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing functions.

  • Electronic Record and “Electronic Signature” shall have the meanings assigned to them, respectively, by 15 USC §7006, as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Electronic agent means a computer program or an electronic or other automated means used independently to initiate an action or respond to electronic records or performances in whole or in part, without review or action by an individual.

  • Electronic smoking device means any product containing or delivering nicotine or any other substance intended for human consumption that can be used by a person in any manner for the purpose of inhaling vapor or aerosol from the product. The term includes any such device, whether manufactured, distributed, marketed, or sold as an e-cigarette, e-cigar, e-pipe, e-hookah, or vape pen, or under any other product name or descriptor.

  • Electronic terminal means an elec- tronic device, other than a telephone operated by a consumer, through which a consumer may initiate an electronic fund transfer. The term includes, but is not limited to, point-of-sale terminals, automated teller machines, and cash dispensing machines.

  • Electronic Bonding is a real-time and secure electronic exchange of data between information systems in separate companies. Electronic Bonding allows electronic access to services which have traditionally been handled through manual means. The heart of Electronic Bonding is strict adherence to both International and National standards. These standards define the communication and data protocols allowing all organizations in the world to exchange information.

  • Electronic File Transfer means any system or process that utilizes an electronic format and protocol to send or receive data files.

  • State electronic verification system means the system described in Section 26-61a-103.
