Grupo Carso definition

Grupo Carso means Grupo Carso, S.A.B. de C.V.
Grupo Carso or “Purchaser”). Seller and Purchaser may each sometimes be referred to individually in this Agreement as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.” Certain capitalized terms used in this Agreement have the meanings set forth in Article 1.
