This Agreement is made in five (5) counterparts, with the Company holding one (1) counterpart, one (1) counterpart filed with the government authority for approval/registration, and the remaining counterparts maintained by the WFOE.
According to this Agreement, after Exercise the WFOE and/or its designated entity and/or individual will obtain good title to the Assets free of any lien, mortgage, claim, other security interest or third party’s rights.
