With respect to the Police Department, there shall be only 1 CCO working the shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 2 CCO’s working the shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and only 1 CCO working the shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
