Guarantee/ Warranty Period definition

Guarantee/ Warranty Period means the period during which the Contractor shall remain liable for repair or replacement of any defective part of the Works performed under the Contract.
Guarantee/ Warranty Period means the specified period from the date of completion of work (as certified by RCF Engineer) during which contractor shall rectify and remove all the defects pointed out by RCF Engineer, free of cost.
