Defective Part definition

Defective Part means any Part not meeting the requirements set out in Section 11.1-11.3.
Defective Part or “Defect” means any Deliverable not meeting the requirements set out in Section 6 (Quality) and Section 7 (Product Liability and Complaints).
Defective Part means any Part that has a Defect.

More Definitions of Defective Part

Defective Part means a Part or specimens of a Part which shall be considered defective pursuant to Section 7.2;
