Defective Part definition

Defective Part means any Part not meeting the requirements set out in Section 11.1-11.3.
Defective Part means any part of the subject matter insured which is or becomes defective and/or unfit or unsuitable for its actual or intended purpose, whether by reason of faulty design, faulty materials, faulty workmanship, … or any other reason whatsoever

  • To the extent that a Defective Part of a Product under warranty is not promptly repaired or replaced by VC within five (5) working days from receipt of the part by VC, VC shall promptly refund or credit GEHC with a payment corresponding to the selling Price of the part to GEHC and GEHC may elect to take such credit on any open invoices of VC.

  • The warranty period shall terminate twenty four (24) months after the later of - the date on which a Defective Part has been delivered to a final customer; and - the date on which a Defective Part has been brought into use on AǪW’s own behalf (in a manner other than by incorporation in a Product).


More Definitions of Defective Part

Defective Part means any Part that has a Defect.
Defective Part or “Defect” means any Deliverable not meeting the requirements set out in Section 6 (Quality) and Section 7 (Product Liability and Complaints).
Defective Part means any part that MDI determines is not functioning per specifications and is not repairable. Defective part does not include any consumable. “Consumable” means any part that is consumed or subject to wear during normal operation, including but not limited to dopants, air filters, sample traps, detector membranes, etc.
