Guaranteed Payment Amount definition

Guaranteed Payment Amount means with respect to each class of Class A Notes, the aggregate outstanding Note Balance of such Class of Class A Notes on the Final Maturity Date, after giving effect to all other distributions of principal on such Class A Notes on such Payment Date from all sources other than this Policy.
Guaranteed Payment Amount means with respect to the Class II Notes, the aggregate outstanding Security Balance on the Class II Notes on the Payment Date in December 2035, after giving effect to all other distributions of principal on the Class II Notes on such Payment Date.
Guaranteed Payment Amount as used in this Guaranty shall mean the sum of the following:

  • Nothing to the contrary contained herein or in any other Loan Document, Guarantor's liability under this Guaranty is limited to payment of the Guaranteed Payment Amount (as defined below).

Guaranteed Payment Amount. The aggregate outstanding Security Balance of the Notes on the Payment Date in September 2029, after giving effect to all other distributions of principal on the Notes on such Payment Date.
