Guaranteed Principal definition

Guaranteed Principal means, in respect of a CPI Deposit, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Principal Amount of that CPI Deposit and (ii) the Principal Guarantee Percentage selected by the Customer for that CPI Deposit;
Guaranteed Principal means all amounts of outstanding principal of the Equity Loans and Interim Notes, now or hereafter due or owing (including all amounts advanced by the Revolving Lenders or any Note Holder in stages or installments), for which the Issuer is liable or otherwise obligated to pay, pursuant to or arising under the terms of the Note Purchase Agreement or Credit Agreement, including any increases in the amount of principal of the Equity Loans and Interim Notes owed under the Note Purchase Agreement or the Credit Agreement.
Guaranteed Principal. OPTION The Guaranteed Principal Option allows you to elect to receive an adjustment to your Account Value in lieu of receiving Guaranteed Minimum Income Benefit Payments. The adjustment is called the Guaranteed Principal Adjustment, and is equal to (a) - (b) defined below:

Examples of Guaranteed Principal in a sentence

  • The Guaranteed Principal Adjustment will never be less than zero.

  • The Guaranteed Principal Option may be exercised provided that (a) exceeds (b) as defined above.

  • The Guaranteed Principal Adjustment will be made at the end of the 30-day window period after the Contract Anniversary immediately preceding receipt of such Notice.

  • If such cancellation election occurs after the Guaranteed Principal Adjustment Eligibility Date specified on the Contract Schedule and if (a) exceeds (b) as defined below, then upon cancellation, a Guaranteed Principal Adjustment equal to (a) - (b) will be added to the Account Value.

  • During the Free Look Period, the initial net premium received by MassMutual to which a Variable Rider has been added will be allocated to the Guaranteed Principal Account (“GPA”).

  • Scheduled Principal The principal portion of any Scheduled Payment.

  • Unscheduled Principal With respect to each Payment Date, the sum of:

  • Required Principal As determined for any Distribution Date for a given Series (or Class within such Series), unless otherwise specified in the related Supplement, the amounts on deposit in the Certificate Account allocable to principal payments on the Underlying Securities (including from Credit Support, if any, and Advances, if any, but excluding amounts in respect of principal payments to the extent that Advances with respect thereto were distributed as Required Principal on a prior Distribution Date) and required to be distributed in respect of the Certificates of such Series (or Class) in accordance with the terms of such Certificates and such related Supplement.

  • Called Principal means, with respect to any Note, the principal of such Note that is to be prepaid pursuant to Section 8.2 or has become or is declared to be immediately due and payable pursuant to Section 12.1, as the context requires.

  • Scheduled Principal Payment means the scheduled payment of principal due on the Mortgage Loan on a Monthly Payment Date.

  • Scheduled Principal Amount The sum for each outstanding Mortgage Loan (including each defaulted Mortgage Loan with respect to which the related Mortgaged Property has been acquired by the Trust Estate) of the product of (A) the Non-PO Fraction for such Mortgage Loan and (B) the sum of the amounts described in clauses Iy(i) and Iy(iv) of the definition of Class A Non-PO Optimal Principal Amount, but without such amount being multiplied by the Class A Percentage.

  • Stated Principal Amount means $1,000,000,000 or such higher amount as is specified in any Notice of Additional Issuance under Section 2.09.

  • Scheduled Principal Payments means, with respect to any Series, Class of any Series of Notes, or Subclass or Tranche thereof, any payments scheduled to be made pursuant to the applicable Series Supplement that reduce the amount of principal Outstanding with respect to such Series, Class, Subclass or Tranche on a periodic basis that are identified as “Scheduled Principal Payments” in the applicable Series Supplement.

  • Monthly Principal is defined in Section 4.1(d).

  • Accreted Principal Amount for the Class A-2 Certificates means for each six-month period from and including each date specified in Schedule II hereof to but excluding the next such date, the amount specified in Schedule II as the "Ending Balance" for such beginning date.

  • Original Subordinated Principal Balance The aggregate of the Class Certificate Balances of the Subordinated Certificates as of the Closing Date.

  • Scheduled Principal Payment Amount means, for the Notes of any Series or Class, as applicable, on any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the then Outstanding Principal Balance of such Series or Class of Notes, as applicable, over (y) the Scheduled Targeted Principal Balance of such Series or Class, as applicable, for such Payment Date.

  • Liquidation Principal The principal portion of Liquidation Proceeds received with respect to each Mortgage Loan which became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan (but not in excess of the principal balance thereof) during the Prior Period.

  • Subordinate Optimal Principal Amount For any Distribution Date and any Loan Group, the sum for each Mortgage Loan in such Loan Group of (i) the Subordinate Percentage of (a) the principal portion of each Scheduled Payment (without giving effect, prior to the Bankruptcy Coverage Termination Date, to any reductions thereof caused by any Debt Service Reductions or Deficient Valuations) due on each such Mortgage Loan on the related Due Date, (b) the principal portion of the Purchase Price of each such Mortgage Loan to the extent it was repurchased by the Transferor pursuant to this Agreement as of such Distribution Date, (c) the Substitution Adjustment Amount in connection with any Deleted Mortgage Loan related to such Loan Group received with respect to such Distribution Date, (d) any Liquidation Proceeds (including Insurance Proceeds) allocable to recoveries of principal of Mortgage Loans related to such Loan Group that are not yet Liquidated Loans, received during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, (ii) with respect to each Mortgage Loan in such Loan Group that became a Liquidated Loan during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, the portion of the amount of the Liquidation Proceeds allocable to principal received with respect to such Mortgage Loan that was not included in clause (ii) of the definition of "Senior Optimal Principal Amount" for such Distribution Date, (iii) the Subordinate Prepayment Percentage of the sum of (a) all Principal Prepayments in Full of Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group received during the related Prepayment Period and (b) all partial Principal Prepayments of Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group and applied during the related Prepayment Period and (iv) with respect to any Distribution Date prior to the Cross-Over Date only, the Subordinate Prepayment Percentage related to such Group of the Recoveries received during the related Prepayment Period; provided, however, that if a Bankruptcy Loss that is an Excess Loss is sustained with respect to a Mortgage Loan in such Loan Group that is not a Liquidated Loan, the Subordinate Optimal Principal Amount will be reduced on the related Distribution Date by the Subordinate Percentage of the principal portion of such Bankruptcy Loss.

  • Stated Principal Balance As to each Mortgage Loan, (i) the principal balance of the Mortgage Loan at the related Cut-off Date after giving effect to payments of principal due on or before such date, whether or not received, minus (ii) all amounts previously distributed to the Purchaser with respect to the related Mortgage Loan representing payments or recoveries of principal or advances in lieu thereof.

  • Realized Principal Loss means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan), (i) in the case of a Liquidation Realized Loss, the amount of such Liquidation Realized Loss, to the extent that it does not exceed the Unpaid Principal Balance (plus the amount of any Unliquidated Advance with respect to such Mortgage Loan) of the Mortgage Loan, (ii) in the case of a Modification Loss, the amount of such Modification Loss set forth in clause (i) of the definition thereof, (iii) in the case of a Bankruptcy Loss, the portion of such Bankruptcy Loss attributable to the reduction in the principal balance of the related Mortgage Loan, (iv) in the case of an Expense Loss, the amount of such Expense Loss (other than Expense Losses resulting from the payment of Special Servicing Fees) to the extent that such Expense Loss does not exceed amounts collected in respect of the Mortgage Loans that were identified as allocable to principal in the Collection Period in which such Expense Losses were incurred, and any such excess shall be treated as a Realized Interest Loss, (v) any Nonrecoverable Advance reimbursed from collections of principal on the Mortgage Loans (including REO Mortgage Loans), and (vi) any Unliquidated Advance that is determined by the Master Servicer to be a Nonrecoverable Advance.

  • Class A Monthly Principal shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.03(a).

  • Accelerated Principal Amount for a Distribution Date will equal the lesser of
