Guaranty Amount definition

Guaranty Amount means the maximum aggregate liability of the Guarantor under the Guaranty Agreement, if specified in the Guaranty Agreement.
Guaranty Amount shall have the meaning given in the Guaranty Agreement.
Guaranty Amount has the meaning given such term in Section 19.2.
