Guarantee Amount definition

Guarantee Amount means the maximum amount payable under a guarantee which amount shall be specifically set forth in writing at the time the guarantee is entered into by the authority.
Guarantee Amount means, with respect to any PPF Shareholder of any Class of Shares, on any date of determination, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Guarantee per Share for such Class of Shares held by such PPF Shareholder on such date and (ii) the total number of such shares held by such PPF Shareholder on such date.
Guarantee Amount means an amount specified by Contributor which is set forth in the Guarantee Agreement for the Contributor, provided the aggregate Guarantee Amount for the Contributor shall not exceed Eighty Three Million Dollars ($83,000,000).

Guarantee Amount means the aggregate liability of the Guarantor as set forth in the Guaranty delivered by Seller pursuant to this Agreement.
