Guaranty and Security Principles definition

Guaranty and Security Principles means the Guaranty and Security Principles set forth on Schedule 1.12.

More Definitions of Guaranty and Security Principles

Guaranty and Security Principles means the principles pursuant to which Collateral and guarantees from Designated Subsidiaries located outside of the United States shall be provided, as set forth in Schedule 1.01(d) hereto.

Guaranty and Security Principles shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Collateral Trust Agreement.

Guaranty and Security Principles means the “Agreed Security Principles” as such term is defined in the Credit Agreement, as of the Completion Date, as applied mutatis mutandis with respect to the Securities in good faith by UK Holdco.
