GUC Trust Excess Distribution Motion means the motion filed in the Bankruptcy Court by the GUC Trust dated July 8, 2019 [ECF No. 14552], seeking Bankruptcy Court approval to distribute Three Hundred Twenty Million Eight Hundred and Eighty Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty Nine U.S. Dollars ($320,880,639.00) to the GUC Trust’s existing Unitholders.
