Liquidation Trust Agreement definition

Liquidation Trust Agreement means the Liquidation Trust Agreement to be dated as of the Effective Date establishing the terms and conditions of the Liquidation Trust, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Liquidation Trust Agreement means the agreement included in the Plan Supplement, as may be amended, established as of the Effective Date, setting forth the terms and conditions of the Liquidation Trust, as may be modified from time to time, which agreement shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the Creditors’ Committee.
Liquidation Trust Agreement means the agreement between the Debtors and the Liquidation Trustee that, among other things, establishes the Liquidation Trust and describes the powers, duties, and responsibilities of the Liquidation Trustee, substantially in the form included in the Plan Supplement, which form shall be approved in writing by the Committee.
