Guidelines and Criteria means this policy.
Guidelines and Criteria means the Guidelines and Criteria Governing Tax Abatement Agreements, adopted by the Fayette County Commissioners Court on February 27, 2020 (the "Guidelines and Criteria"), a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment B to this Agreement.
Guidelines and Criteria means the Guidelines and Criteria for Granting Tax Abatements in Reinvestment Zone(s), adopted by the Xxxx County Commissioners Court on November 9, 2020 (the “Guidelines and Criteria”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment B to this Agreement.
