Design Criteria definition

Design Criteria means the design criteria set out in the Ministry’s publication “Design Criteria for Sanitary Sewers, Storm Sewers and Forcemains for Alterations Authorized under Environmental Compliance Approval”, (as amended from time to time).
Design Criteria means design and construction code requirements relating to the mode of design and construction of a boiler or pressure vessel.

Examples of Design Criteria in a sentence

  • Once the Developer has synchronized the Large Generating Facility with the New York State Transmission System, NYISO shall require Developer to operate the Large Generating Facility to produce or absorb reactive power within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility set forth in Article 9.5.1 (Power Factor Design Criteria).

  • Once the Interconnection Customer has synchronized an Electric Generating Unit with the CAISO Controlled Grid, the CAISO or Participating TO shall require the Interconnection Customer to maintain a voltage schedule by operating the Electric Generating Unit to produce or absorb reactive power within the design limitations of the Electric Generating Unit set forth in Article 9.6.1 (Power Factor Design Criteria).

  • Developer shall operate the Large Generating Facility to maintain the specified output voltage or power factor at the Point of Interconnection within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility set forth in Article 9.5.1 (Power Factor Design Criteria) as directed by the Connecting Transmission Owner’s System Operator or the NYISO.

  • If the competitive proposal selection process is utilized, the Board, in consultation with the Design Criteria Professional, shall establish the criteria, standards and procedures for the evaluation of Design-Build Proposals based on price, technical, and design aspects of the project, weighted for the project.

  • Developer shall operate the Large Generating Facility to maintain the specified output voltage or power factor at the Point of Interconnection within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility set forth in Article 9.5.1 (Power Factor Design Criteria) as directed by the Connecting Transmission Owner’s system operator or the NYISO.


More Definitions of Design Criteria

Design Criteria means standards that set forth specific improvement requirements.
Design Criteria means the OSU Design Criteria in effect at the time of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Design Criteria means the specified minimum attributes of a given project, such as storage volumes, treatment capacities, or pumping, and/or conveyance capacities specified in Appendices 1 and 3 or any EPA and Ohio EPA approved modification of such criteria.
Design Criteria means the Oregon Institute of Technology Design Criteria in effect at the time of the Effective Date of this Agreement, which by reference, is incorporated into this Agreement.
Design Criteria means the OSU Construction Standards in effect at the time of the Effective Date of this Agreement. Design Criteria means those standards for the design of Hotel Improvements and such other information for planning, constructing or renovating and furnishing a System Hotel.
Design Criteria means the Design Criteria specified in the LTCP Update or any Approved Report on Revising WPCS Control Measure(s) provided for under Attachment A of this Consent Decree.
