  • Greater than 25% of Seller’s servicing portfolio consisting of Gxxxxx Mxx loans is seized or terminated in any single event or series of events arising from the same or substantially similar circumstances or occurrences.

  • Buyer shall provide notice to Gxxxxx Mxx within five (5) Business Days of any assignment, pledge or hypothecation made in accordance with this Section 9.02(a).

  • Seller shall, within one (1) Business Day, notify Buyer in the event that it has voluntarily relinquished or delivered notice of its intent to sell or transfer Gxxxxx Mxx Contract rights constituting more than 50% of the aggregate Gxxxxx Mxx Contract rights of Seller with respect to Gxxxxx Mxx, in any event without Buyer’s prior express written consent.

  • Gxxxxx Mxx is a government agency within the Department of Housing and Urban Development which is intended to help finance government-assisted housing programs.
