Habitual Late Payer definition

Habitual Late Payer means Tenant has received (a) at least two (2) notices of monetary default, or (b) at least three (3) notices of default within a twelve (12) month period.
Habitual Late Payer means an Owner that has not timely paid berthing Fees three (3) times in a three (3) year period.

  • Primary care physician means a physician qualified to be an attending physician according to ORS 656.005(12)(b)(A) and who is a general practitioner, family practitioner, or internal medicine practitioner.

  • State Water Control Law means Chapter 3.1 (§ 62.1-44.2 et seq.) of Title 62.1 of the Code of Virginia.
