Hallmark Cards means Hallmark Cards, Incorporated, a Missouri corporation.
Hallmark Cards means Hallmark Cards, Incorporated, a Missouri corporation, and its successors and assigns. "herein", "hereof" and "hereunder", and other words of similar import, refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular Article, Section or other subdivision.
Hallmark Cards shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
