HAMP definition

HAMP. As defined in Section 8.06 hereof.
HAMP means the Home Affordable Modification Program implemented by the U.S. Department of the Treasury pursuant to Sections 101 and 109 of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, as amended from time to time.
