Hard Time Component definition

Hard Time Component means any component which has a limited on-wing life in accordance with the Agreed Maintenance Programme and the Maintenance Planning Document and which can have life fully restored through appropriate maintenance.
Hard Time Component has the meaning given to it in Section 3(a) of Schedule 6.
Hard Time Component means any component which has a limited life and which can have its life restored through appropriate maintenance. “Headlease,” if any, is defined in Section 1.1 of the Aircraft Lease Agreement.

Examples of Hard Time Component in a sentence

  • Each calendar controlled Hard Time Component including safety equipment will have not less than 20 months or 100% life remaining (whichever is less) to the next scheduled removal in accordance with the Agreed Maintenance Programme and the Maintenance Planning Document.

  • Each Airframe Life-Limited Part, Hard Time Component and “on-condition” and “condition-monitored” component shall have the same or more recent part or dash number, and same or better modification status and utility (provided that “utility” shall be determined without regard to Airframe Flight Hours or Airframe Flight Cycles flown), as the corresponding part or component installed on the Aircraft on the Delivery Date.

  • Each Hard Time Component shall be supported by appropriate certification documentation in the form of FAA Form 8130 evidencing maintenance history back to the last major shop visit or new installation for such component.

  • Each Hard Time Component will be serviceable and will have at least one “C-Check” interval (as applicable based on the Hard Time Event interval units) remaining to next scheduled removal for Hard Time Event, in accordance with the Maintenance Programme or the MPD, whichever is more limiting.

  • Hard Time Components as per the Hard Time Component List signed by Lessor and Lessee and attached hereto as Schedule 5.

  • Each Hard Time Component that has a Hard Time Event interval less than the time remaining stated in Section 6.1 above shall have at [***] of its Hard Time Event interval remaining to next scheduled removal for Hard Time Event, in accordance with the MPD.


More Definitions of Hard Time Component

Hard Time Component means a Part, which must be removed from service for a Hard Time Event at specified intervals per the MPD and/or the Maintenance Programme and/or a specified maintenance programme.

Related to Hard Time Component

  • Non-working Day means any day upon which an employee, pursuant to the terms of the contract of employment, is not available to the employer for the purposes of rostering the ordinary hours of work.

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.

  • Compounded Daily SONIA means with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment during the Observation Period corresponding to such Interest Accrual Period (with the daily Sterling overnight reference rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent (or such other party responsible for the calculation of the Rate of Interest, as specified in the Final Terms or Pricing Supplement) on the relevant Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards: Where:

  • Contract Start Date means the date specified in your Contract for Signature asthe date this Contract starts;

  • Real-time Prices means the Locational Marginal Prices resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • Shipment Date means the date for shipment of Product requested by Buyer in a Purchase Order.

  • Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for general business in the City of London.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Supply Start Date means the date(s) specified in clause 2.8;

  • TARGET2 Day means a day that TARGET2 is open for the settlement of payments in euro.

  • Compounded Daily SOFR means, in relation to a Floating Rate Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with SOFR as reference rate for the calculation of interest) during the related Observation Period and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on the related Interest Determination Date as follows: Where:

  • SONIA Compounded IndexStart means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling the Relevant Number of London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period; and

  • Principal Component The principal payment plus any interest payments that are either due after the date specified in, or are specified as ineligible for stripping in, the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Cash Component means that portion, if any, of the Conversion Shares Offer Consideration consisting of cash.

  • Contract Month means a calendar month (or portion thereof) during the term of this Agreement. Contract Month 1 shall commence on the first day of the first calendar month following the Effective Date and end on the last day of that calendar month.

  • Standard Turnover means the turnover achieved between the date of commencement of your business and the date of the damage, converted to the selected indemnity period.
