Hazardous secondary material definition

Hazardous secondary material means a secondary material (e.g., spent material, by-product, or sludge) that, when discarded, would be identified as hazardous waste pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 721.

Hazardous secondary material means a secondary material, e.g., spent material, by-product, or sludge, that, when discarded, would be identified as hazardous waste under Rule R315-261.
