Headquarters Assignment definition

Headquarters Assignment means that certain Assignment of Agreements, Licenses, Permits and Contracts, dated as of March 21, 2019, by and from the BSA, as assignor, and JPM, as assignee, which secures the BSA’s obligations under the 2010 Credit Agreement, the 2010 Bond Agreement, the 2012 Bond Agreement, and the 2019 RCF Agreement.

Examples of Headquarters Assignment in a sentence

  • An employee shall not be eligible for more than one (1) differential pay supplement for each hour worked except that employees receiving Paramedic Certification and Assignment Pay, and/or Headquarters Assignment Pay would be eligible to receive the established incentive pay for hours worked when assigned to a specialty team or an ALS unit per Articles 21.4(B) or 21.8 above.

Related to Headquarters Assignment
