Intellectual Property Assignments has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a)(iv).

More Definitions of Intellectual Property Assignments

Intellectual Property Assignments means those certain Assignments of Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights and Licenses in the form attached to the Intellectual Property Security Agreement as Exhibit A, to be filed upon acceleration of the Obligations hereunder, as from time to time amended, supplemented or restated.
