Health Officer means the chief administrative and executive officer of a local public health agency, or the appointed health officer of the local board of health. Health officer includes a director of a local public health agency.
Local health officer means the health officer of the local health department having jurisdiction, or his designated representative.

Municipal office means an elective office in a municipality.
Branch office , in relation to a company, means any establishment described as such by the company;
