Health plan company definition

Health plan company means (1) a nonprofit health service plan corporation operating under chapter 62C; (2) a health maintenance organization operating under chapter 62D; (3) a community integrated service network operating under chapter 62N; or (4) a managed care organization operating under chapter 256B or 256L.
Health plan company means: a health maintenance organization, a limited service health organization, and/or a defined network plan as defined in North Dakota Century Code Chapter 26.1; a health plan company and/or a managed care organization as defined in Minnesota Statutes Section 62Q.0l and 62Q.733.
Health plan company means a health carrier as defined under section 62A.011, subdivision 2. (h) "Hospital" means an entity licensed under sections 144.50 to 144.58.
