Contractor and Contractor’s officers, agents, employees, and volunteers, and any of Contractor’s subcontractors shall comply with all terms and provisions imposed upon any subcontractor of County by the Shasta County Mental Health Plan, as referenced in Section 2.J of this agreement and available at this link: xxxx://xxx.xx.xxxxxx.xx.xx/index/hhsa_index/Mental_health_alchol_and_drug/OrgProviders.aspx, between the County of Shasta and the California Department of Health Care Services.
