Healthcare Distribution Date definition

Healthcare Distribution Date means the date on which Tyco distributes all of the issued and outstanding shares of Healthcare Common Stock to the holders of Tyco Common Stock.
Healthcare Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
