Healthcare payor means “Healthcare Payor” as defined by Ark. Code Ann. §23- 92-503(3):
Healthcare payor means the state or any health insurance company, health maintenance organization, or managed care organization contracted with the state to provide, arrange, or pay for medical assistance provided under this chapter;
Healthcare payor means any Federal Healthcare Program or other governmental, commercial, private or other third-party payor that provides reimbursement for professional services rendered to a patient of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
