Hedge Collateral Defined in Section 5.3(b).
Authorized Investments means: any investment which may be authorized by the Commission but does not include restricted investments as specified in the Offering Documents from time to time.
Collateral Accounts means any and all accounts established and maintained by the Pledgee in the name of any Pledgor to which Collateral may be credited.
LC Collateral Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(j).
Secured Cash Management Obligations means Obligations under Secured Cash Management Agreements.
Acceptable Collateral means any of the following assets of Borrower, if (x) held in or credited to any Collateral Account subject to a first priority Lien under the applicable Security Agreement and (y) the Collateral Requirement has been satisfied with respect thereto:
Permitted Investments means:
Swap Collateral means all right, title and interest of Party B in this Agreement, each Transaction hereunder, and all present and future amounts payable by Party A to Party B under or in connection with this Agreement or any Transaction governed by this Agreement, including, without limitation, any transfer or termination of any such Transaction.
Excluded Accounts means (a) deposit accounts specifically and exclusively used for payroll, payroll taxes and other employee wage and benefit payments to or for the benefit of any Person’s employees and (b) deposit accounts with deposits at any time in an aggregate amount not in excess of $2,000,000 for all such accounts.
Funds and Accounts means funds and accounts created pursuant to or referred to in Section 501
