Hedge Replacement Premium definition

Hedge Replacement Premium means any amount to be paid by the Issuer to a replacement Hedge Provider, or received by the Issuer from a replacement Hedge Provider, upon entry by the Issuer into a replacement Hedge Agreement with such replacement Hedge Provider;
Hedge Replacement Premium has the meaning given to it in the Administration Agreement;
Hedge Replacement Premium means in respect of the Hedge Provider, any premium or other amount received by the Issuer from a replacement Hedge Provider providing a replacement hedge transaction.
