Hedge Termination Account definition

Hedge Termination Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1(a)(iv).]

More Definitions of Hedge Termination Account

Hedge Termination Account means the interest-bearing account of the Issuer with the Account Bank into which all Interest Rate Hedge Counterparty Termination Payments and all Asset Swap Counterparty Termination Payments will be deposited.

Hedge Termination Account means in respect of any Hedge Agreement the interest bearing account of the Issuer with the Account Bank into which all Hedge Counterparty Termination Payments and Hedge Replacement Receipts relating to that Hedge Agreement will be deposited.
