Hedge Termination Account definition

Hedge Termination Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1(a)(iv).]

• The Issuer (or the Collateral Administrator on behalf of the Issuer) will procure that all amounts received upon termination, modification or sale of any Interest Rate Hedge Transaction or Currency Hedge Transaction are paid into a segregated sub-account within the Hedge Termination Account in respect of each individual such Hedge Transaction, promptly upon receipt thereof.

Hedge Termination Account means the interest-bearing account of the Issuer with the Account Bank into which all Interest Rate Hedge Counterparty Termination Payments and all Asset Swap Counterparty Termination Payments will be deposited.
