High occupancy building definition

High occupancy building means any operating public school, nursing facility, hospital, life care institution, or correctional facility, provided that the facility or institution that has the capacity to serve 50 or more persons, or an operating child care center as defined in G.S. 110-86.

High occupancy building has the same definition in this Agreement as in the COGCC Rules. A High Occupancy Building means any operating Public School as defined in Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.) § 22-7-703(4); Nonpublic School as defined in C.R.S. § 22-30.5-103.6(6.5); Nursing Facility as defined in C.R.S. § 25.5-4-103(14); Hospital; Life Care Institutions as defined in C.R.S. § 00-00-000; or Correctional Facility as defined in C.R.S. § 17-1-102(1.7), provided the facility or institution regularly serves fifty (50) or more persons; or an operating Child Care Center as defined in C.R.S. § 26-6-102(1.5).

Examples of High occupancy building in a sentence

  • During Drilling Phase and Completion Phase, Operator shall use noise mitigation for any New Well located (1) in the Northeast Plains Medium Density Residential Subarea and west of the longitudinal line that is parallel with Xxxxxx Road, as shown on Exhibit A-2, or (2) within 1,320 feet of a Residential Building Unit or within 1,500 feet of one High Occupancy Building unless Operator obtains waivers from all affected property owners within that distance.

  • Operator shall perform a baseline noise study if a New Well is planned within 2,640 feet of an area with more than five Residential Building Units or one High Occupancy Building.

  • In the event that the parties determine that locating a well or oil and gas location outside these distances is not reasonably practicable, the operator shall maximize equipment and wellhead setbacks from Building Units, High Occupancy Building Units, or public water supply xxxxx beyond the setbacks required by the COGCC to the greatest extent reasonably practicable.

  • Operator agrees to use its best efforts to locate the wellhead or Production Facility outside of the buffer zone - at least 1000' from City’s public water supply xxxxx or the closest corner of the closest Building Unit (unless allowed by the Building Unit owner) and 1,500’ from any High Occupancy Building Unit.

  • The Operator shall address C scale noise/vibration through berming, capable sound walls, and other associated BMPs. During the Drilling and Completion Phases of New Xxxxx within 1,320 feet of a Residential Building Unit or 1,500 feet of a High Occupancy Building, the Operator shall construct a sound mitigating wall or comparable measures to mitigate noise as appropriate on a case-by-case or modeled basis.

  • If a New Well is located (1) in the Northeast Plains Medium Density Residential Subarea and west of the longitudinal line that is parallel with Xxxxxx Road, as shown on Exhibit A-2, or (2) within 1,320 feet of a Residential Building Unit or within 1,500 feet of one High Occupancy Building, then permanent opaque fencing must be installed around production equipment, and must be secured.

  • Single Room Occupancy or “SRO” means housing consisting of single room dwelling units that is the primary residence of its occupant or occupants. An SRO does not include facilities for students.

  • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • the Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • farm building means that part of a bona fide farming operation encompassing barns, silos and other ancillary development to an agricultural use, but excluding a residential use;

  • Landlord Work means the work, if any, that Landlord is obligated to perform in the Premises pursuant to a separate agreement (the “Work Letter”), if any, attached to this Lease as Exhibit C.

  • Subleased Premises means such portions of the Leased Premises being particularly identified on Schedule B, which the parties agree, for the purposes of this Sublease and any square footage calculations pursuant hereto, is approximately 42,244 square feet of office (21,068 square feet on the third floor and 21,176 square feet on the seventh floor) and approximately 9.4312% of common space (building rentable area is 447,917 square feet).

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.

  • Prior Occupancy means Owner’s use of all or parts of the Project before Substantial Completion, as more fully set forth in Section 6.08 A.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and
