High Performance Program. (HPP) Athletes means those Athletes who are categorized according to Boxing Canada’s High Performance Program Selection Policy. All HPP Athletes are subject to doping control conducted by the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES), AIBA and the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).
