L.P. shall designate one (1) individual to serve as a director on the HighCape Board immediately after the Effective Time, which individual shall be Jim Tananbaum, MD.
College board means the state board for community and
MUSL Board means the governing body of the MUSL, which is comprised of the chief executive officer of each Party Lottery.
School board means the governing board of directors of the local school district.
Medical Board means the board of physicians as provided by this chapter.
Executive Board means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the commission.
Health Board means a Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;
CPF Board means the Central Provident Fund Board, a body corporate established under the Central Provident Fund Act (Cap. 36);
National Board means the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, (NB) 1055 Crupper Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43229, whose membership is composed of the Chief Boiler Inspectors of jurisdictions who are charged with the enforcement of the provisions of the ASME Code.
Regional Board means a California regional water quality control board.
Chairman of the Board means the Chairman of the Board of the Corporation.
Company Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.
Member board means a state agency in a member state that acts in the sovereign interests of the state by protecting the public through licensure, regulation, and education of physicians as directed by the state government.
The Board of Directors or "Board" means all those persons appointed to perform the duties of directors of the society;

Board of Supervisors means the Board of Supervisors of the County.
the Board means the board of directors of the Company;
Management Board means the management board of the Company.
Member of the University Community means any person who is a volunteer including high school students, an enrolled student, faculty or staff member, University official, any other person employed by the University or campus visitors.
Parent Directors means the Directors elected or appointed pursuant to Articles 53 – 56 inclusive;
Academic Board means the Academic Board of the University College established under paragraph 13;
entire Board of Directors means the total number of directors which the Corporation would have if there were no vacancies.
PJM Board means the Board of Managers of the LLC, acting pursuant to the Operating Agreement, except when such term is being used in Tariff, Attachment M, in which case PJM Board shall mean the Board of Managers of PJM or its designated representative, exclusive of any members of PJM Management.
Parent Board means the board of directors of Parent.
Local board means a school board, public utility, commission, transportation commission, public library board, board of park management, local board of health, board of commissioners of police, planning board, or any other board, commission, committee, body or local authority established or exercising any power or authority under any general or special Act with respect to any of the affairs or purposes, including school purposes, of the municipality or any part or parts thereof;
Appeal Board means the State Charter School Appeal
Member of the Board means an individual who is a member of the Board or of the board of directors of a Subsidiary or an Affiliate.
