Highest Scoring Proposer definition

Highest Scoring Proposer means the Proposer that meets the conditions and specifications of this RFP and whose Proposal receives the highest number of points through the evaluation process described in this RFP.

  • If following any such discussions with the Highest Scoring Proposer no satisfactory resolution is achieved, BPCA may enter into negotiations with the next highest ranking Proposer.
