Hiring location definition

Hiring location. – means an establishment as defined at 41 CFR 61-300.2(b)(6).
Hiring location means the place of hiring of an Employee who was hired at other than a Base Location and who has not yet been transferred to his or her designated Base Location on a Permanent Transfer.

  • Restricted Access Area means a building, room, or other contiguous area on the premises where plant material is grown, cultivated, harvested, stored, packaged, or processed for sale under control of the manufacturer, and where no person under the age of 18 is permitted.

  • Remote location means a location from which a member of a legislative body participates in a meeting pursuant to subdivision (f), other than any physical meeting location designated in the notice of the meeting. Remote locations need not be accessible to the public.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.   • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.
