Historical Loan Modification Report definition

Historical Loan Modification Report. A report or reports setting forth, among other things, those Mortgage Loans which, as of the close of business on the immediately preceding Determination Date, have been modified pursuant to this Agreement (i) during the Collection Period ending on such Determination Date and (ii) since the Cut-off Date, showing the original and the revised terms thereof, together with such additional information in respect of each such Mortgage Loan as is contemplated by Exhibit H hereto.

Historical Loan Modification Report. A report substantially containing the content described in Exhibit M-3 attached hereto, setting forth, among other things, those Mortgage Loans which, as of the close of business on the Due Date immediately preceding the preparation of such report, have been modified pursuant to this Agreement (i) during the related Collection Period and (ii) since the Cut-off Date, showing the original and the revised terms thereof.

Historical Loan Modification Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, a current form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit M-10, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "Historical Loan Modification and Corrected Mortgage Loan Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable.

More Definitions of Historical Loan Modification Report

Historical Loan Modification Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Historical Loan Modification Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "Historical Loan Modification Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, is reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicers or the Special Servicers, as applicable.
