If the two appointed arbitrators of the parties do not agree on the third arbitrator, or the Company do not agree on their arbitrator, within a period of 30 calendar days, the HKIAC shall appoint the Company and/or the third arbitrator.
The arbitral award made by HKIAC shall be final and binding upon the parties.
