Holder Redemption Payment Date definition

Holder Redemption Payment Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).
Holder Redemption Payment Date means (i) with respect to each of the first three quarters of the year, the 18th day of the month following the end of such quarter (April 18, July 18, or October 18, as applicable) and (ii) with respect to the fourth quarter of the year, the Series L Distribution Payment Date occurring in the following January or, if no Series L Distribution Payment Date is set, such other date in the following January announced by the Corporation.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, payment in cash or shares of Common Stock shall be determined according to the status of the Debenture as Stock On or Stock Off on the date that the Holder delivers the Holder Redemption Notice to the Company and not the Holder Redemption Payment Date.

Related to Holder Redemption Payment Date

  • Redemption Payment Date As defined in Section 13.1.

  • Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;

  • Mandatory Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:

  • Make-Whole Redemption Price means the sum of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed plus the Make-Whole Amount of such Notes. Calculation or verification of the calculation of the Make-Whole Redemption Price is not the responsibility of the Trustee and the Trustee may conclusively rely on an Officers’ Certificate with respect thereto without investigation.

  • Minimum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Change of Control Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3;

  • Change of Control Redemption Premium means 125%.
