Holding Company Group definition

Holding Company Group means all of the companies that are assets held by the trust fund of which the Holding Company is trustee;
Holding Company Group means the Issuer, the Bank, the Holding Company and each of their respective subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings;
Holding Company Group means, with respect to any Consolidated Return, Holding Company and all member corporations in which Holding Company directly or indirectly (including through any other entity) owns stock and which are included in such Consolidated Return.
