Holdings Organizational Documents definition

Holdings Organizational Documents means the certificate of incorporation and bylaws of Holdings, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Holdings Organizational Documents means the Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association of Holdings as in effect from time to time.
