Holiday Rates definition

Holiday Rates. All base rates are for weekday pickups. In the event a JBE requires a pickup on a holiday (where available), Contractor may invoice an additional $87.55 for each holiday.
Holiday Rates. We don't increase basic rate for holidays, but holidays have a four (4) night minimum. Above multiple night discounts apply. Holidays are Rental Dates that include New Year's Day, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or any day immediately before or after these days. Payment Schedule: Your acceptance of the rental agreement on VRBO, and Online or Direct Pay payment secures your reservation. For Online Pay, the second half of the rent, cleaning fee, tax, and your security deposit is due no later than two weeks before Rental Date. This will assure the house will be available for your rental dates, and give us sufficient time to prepare the house for your visit. Confirmation: Full Direct Pay by check, or payment of first half of Rental Fee and tax with credit card on VRBO will confirm your booking.

Examples of Holiday Rates in a sentence

  • Holiday Rates will apply to all hours worked in the time period beginning at 11:00 p.m. the night before the holiday through 11:00 p.m. the night of the holiday.

  • Holiday Rates: Client agrees to pay the standard rate of time and one half for recognized federal holidays.

  • The employee is then entitled to be absent until they have had the number of consecutive hours off duty specified in clause 6.16.1 without loss of Normal Pay and Public Holiday Rates for rostered ordinary working time occurring during the absence.

Related to Holiday Rates

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of hours of Contract Work as set out in the Criminal Remuneration Regulations;

  • Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.

  • Holiday means the twenty-four (24) hour period commencing at 0001 hours of a day designated as a paid holiday in this Agreement.

  • Working Day means any day other than a Saturday or Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales.

  • Weekly Rate means a floating weekly interest rate on the Bonds established and adjusted in accordance with Section 2.03.
