Holiday definition

Holiday means the twenty-four (24) hour period commencing at 0001 hours of a day designated as a paid holiday in this Agreement.

Holiday means the National Holiday defined under the Motor Transport Workers Act, 1961 as may be in force from time to time, which the Transport Supplier would be required to give to his/her Crew as per the aforesaid Act.

Holiday means: (a) in the case of a shift that does not commence and end in the same day, the twenty-four (24) hour period commencing from the time at which the shift commenced if more than one-half of the shift falls on a day designated as a holiday in this Agreement; (b) in any other case, the twenty-four (24) hour period commencing at 0001 hours of a day designated as a holiday in this Agreement.
