Hourly Rate definition

Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.
Hourly Rate means the rate(s) prescribed in the contract for payment for labor that meets the labor category qualifications of a labor category specified in the contract that are-

Examples of Hourly Rate in a sentence

  • After fourteen (14) consecutive hours on Saturday, the employee will be paid two and one-half times (2.5x) the scheduled Regular Basic Hourly Rate until the sixteenth consecutive hour (or until the fifteenth consecutive hour, as applicable).

  • For holidays worked, employee shall receive double the Regular Basic Hourly Rate.

More Definitions of Hourly Rate

Hourly Rate means, the regular rate of the employee effective immediately prior to the date on which the disability occurred, excluding overtime or shift bonus.
