Holiday Time definition

Holiday Time means weeks purchased or weeks deposited by an RCI Member into the RCI Deposit Pool being holiday time in a timeshare interest, wholly-owned unit or a similar vacation ownership interest at an Affiliated Resort which that RCI Member is prepared to exchange for use of accommodations in another Affiliated Resort.

Examples of Holiday Time in a sentence

  • Additionally, prior to any promotion or departmental transfer, employees must either cash out or use all accrued CTO and Holiday Time Off balances.

  • Holiday Time Off balances (maximum 24 hours) when combined with the CTO balances shall not exceed sixty (60) hours.

  • Employees shall request Hourly Unspecified Holiday Time off in the same manner that they would request vacation or other similar compensated time off.

  • When compensation for a holiday is made in the form of Alternate Holiday Time, the Alternate Holiday Time shall be placed in the employee’s Alternate Holiday Time Bank.

  • In lieu of payment in cash at straight time for holidays on which an employee does not work as specified in Article 10, Section 2.B.1 or Section 2.B.2(c), an employee may designate that such holiday compensation be made in the form of Alternate Holiday Time.

  • Banked Holiday Time may be taken at a mutually agreed time between the Nurse and Employer.

  • Section 22.5. Beginning January 1, 2017, all bargaining unit members shall receive a Holiday Time Bank of one hundred eight-nine (189) hours as of January 1 of each year of this agreement.

  • In lieu of payment in cash at the overtime rate for hours worked on a holiday as specified in Article 10, Section 2.B.2 or 4, an employee may request that such compensation be made in the form of Alternate Holiday Time.

  • Any sworn member having 20 years of service credit or more with the City of Cincinnati or the Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund shall have a one time option to declare a period of five (5) consecutive years in each of which they can sell back up to 120 hours of the member’s earned and accumulated Holiday Time.

  • When an employee desires to liquidate Alternate Holiday Time by taking time off, such requests will be liquidated at a time mutually agreeable to the employee and his/her supervisor under the same terms and conditions that govern requests for vacation time off.

Related to Holiday Time

  • Bank Holiday means any day that is specified or proclaimed as a bank holiday, pursuant to section 1 of the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971;

  • Central Time means Central Time as adjusted for daylight savings time.

  • Holiday means the twenty-four (24) hour period commencing at 0001 hours of a day designated as a paid holiday in this Agreement.

  • Real-time means the actual time during which a process or event occurs.

  • Weekday means Monday – Friday.
