HOME Affordability Compliance Period definition

HOME Affordability Compliance Period means the 15-year period ending June 23, 2018, during which time the Property Seller covenanted and agreed for itself, its successors or its permitted assigns to comply with the HOME Program Regulations and the HOME Investment Partnerships Act, as applicable.
