Program Regulations definition

Program Regulations means the regulations noted below:
Program Regulations means the final rule issued by CMS under Section 3022 of the Affordable Care Act, 42 C.F.R. Part 425, and any amendments or additional regulations promulgated thereunder which apply with respect to the MSSP.
